Facebook and YouTube
Hides posts and videos those sites label as AI, including Facebook reels marked AI info or Imagined with AI. Show brings one item back.
Hide the AI a site has already admitted.
AI Blocker is a Chrome extension. It removes posts, reels, ads, articles, music, and video when the page says they were made with AI, and it stops known third-party scripts from copying the page.
Chrome Web Store listing is not live yet. This site is the official page and the privacy policy for that submission.
What it does
Captions and images
Can also hide videos, reels, and image posts whose title, caption, or image text says they were generated, or names a generator such as Midjourney.
Ads, articles, and music
Hides ads and articles that disclose AI, and pauses music tracks labeled as AI on YouTube Music, Spotify’s website, SoundCloud, and Bandcamp.
Page copy trackers
Blocks embedded AI chat widgets and page recorders such as Hotjar, Clarity, and FullStory from sending the page off your computer.
What it does not do
- It does not inspect the pixels of a photo or the sound of a track. A normal caption with no label still plays.
- It does not hide you from the website you chose to open. Facebook still knows you are on Facebook.
- It reads English labels and captions. Another display language will miss them.
- A watermark painted only into an image, with no words on the page, is not readable.
Install
When the Chrome Web Store review is finished, the install button will live on this page and will open Google’s listing. Until then, the extension is not offered as a download from this site.
